The proposed project consists of a number of purpose built student residential accommodation blocks at the Meadows, University of Essex, Wivenhoe Park, Colchester. Each block is intended to operate under an independent services strategy i.e. with dedicated ASHP pumps for hot water and electric heating. The total number of units is approx. 1262 spread over 5 blocks (A-E). Block C contains a student hub and office area.
