Southend High School for Boys is an existing large secondary school in Southend, Essex. A new 1,160m2 Library and 6th form teaching block were provided to cope with the schools increasing expansion. The new standalone building provided a large open plan library space and specialist curriculum classrooms at first floor level. BCE provided thermal modelling and full design of M&E services.
