Orchard Court is one of several blocks of Student accommodation at Murray Edwards College. A rolling refurbishment is taking place by the Client as the buildings are of varying age and condition. Block F of Orchard Court of Murray Edwards College was completed in 2018 and comprised the complete internal refurbishment of all M&E services. The existing services in F Staircase had reached the end of their useful life and were a maintenance burden for the Client. Extensive M&E surveys were carried out to ensure that the remaining blocks remained operational whilst the refurbishment works were completed.
