Basement boiler room refurbishment project. The existing boiler plant serving the “Dome” building had reached the end of its design life. BCE were appointed to provide a tender package for the new replacement boiler plant and flue layout and M&E specification to allow the Client to undertake a refurbishment of the plantroom over the summer period 2019.
