Due to an increase in Laboratory research space requirements our Client, Horizon Discovery, secured occupation of Building 8100 on the Cambridge Research Park. Building 8100 consists of 3,500m2 of CAT A office space. The Workspace Consultants and BCE were appointed to transform the internal areas into fully fitted out laboratories, office space and support areas. The M&E services included medical gases, laboratory ventilation and heating cooling systems.
