The Dockley road project involves the redevelopment of an existing light industrial site to provide private sale and social housing above commercial spaces on the ground floor.

The environmental and services aims were for reliable and robust servicing strategy with minimal ongoing landlord management and maintenance burden; whilst meeting the energy and carbon reduction requirements of the planning and statutory authorities.

 

The Project comprised of the demolition of the existing industrial units and replacement with 111 residential apartments spread over floors 1 – 8. The development also includes commercial space for storage, distribution, retail and restaurants/cafes totalling 1,097sqm at street level.
