Extension of existing three storey SEN school in Tower Hamlets to create additional teaching space. The project includes various complexities due to extent of enabling works required and requirement for new ASHP to replace the existing gas boilers. The existing energy centre requires demolition with temporary packaged plant required to allow the construction to commence.
