The refurbishment of an old Lloyds Bank building on the corner of a busy intersection in Cambridge. The existing services were surveyed, retained where possible and extended/upgraded to serve three levels of new office accommodation.

 

New ceilings and lighting were provided along with new VRF heating/cooling systems. The toilet areas were upgraded to suit the new occupancy levels. Project due for handover in June 2019.
